How do I dispute a card transaction or submit a fraud claim?

To dispute a transaction or to submit a fraud claim, choose which type and then complete the steps.

For Credit Card disputes/fraud, choose from one of the following options: 

1.  Login to Online Banking

• • Click on Credit Card Details
  • Find the transaction you are disputing, select “Report an Issue”

2. Login to Freedom’s Card Manager App,

• • Click “Dispute” next to the transaction you are disputing

3.   Please contact Card Services at 1-866-820-6786

For Debit Card disputes/fraud:

• Please call Freedom at 800-440-4120 or visit a branch

For ACH disputes/fraud:

• Please complete the ACH Dispute Form
